Euro 2008 qualifying draw was made today, England drew Croatia, Russia, Israel, Estonia, Macedonia, Andorra.

Good draw, Guus Hiddink will get us through easily :D

It aint as easy as some people are making it out.

Russia, Croatia and Israel will be tough away games. Though i feel we should go through without to many worries.

...They start toward the end of 2006 though, so the time does fly.

Who do you lot want as our (England's) next manager? I believe Hiddink should be the next manager without any doubt.

I want Allardyce to get it. I've been very impressed with his work at Bolton mainly in the Prem but also their UEFA cup run as well. I think he's got the right mix between a strong mentality and tactical knowledge. Certainly he is a far stronger candidate than Curbishley / McLaren, I would take him above O'Neil as well.

The added bonus is that it would ruin Bolton if he left, the club is built around his management and losing him would be a big blow.

    So the perfect choice

Hiddink is top quality, but I think he is better at smaller clubs and countries, where he can have more time and influence on the players. He did not have the best of times in Spain or in some respects as Dutch coach.

My choice would be Hiddink, i dont like the fact people say we need a English manager, the best English person for the job IMO is Hoddle but the FA wouldn't consider him again.

Hiddink is a caoching god according to many footballing pundits. He is vastly experience and would want the job.

He did get Holland to the semi-finals of the world cup in 1998

for me it's got to be between

    Hiddink
    Scolari
    O'Niell
    Hitzfelt
    Big Sam

Big sam is my only englishman i'd want to take over but he aint my number one target.

He's done a very good job at Charlton and has established themselves as premiership club but i think the media could destroy him to be honest.

Great comment Colm. I also believe that the media could and would destroy the Englishmen out there. I'm talking about

    Allardyce
    Curbishley
McClaren (shouldn't even be a candidate imo)

Hiddink & O'Neil imo would get on with the job.

Jimmy Hill finally made a great point yesterday. He said that a manager's job is to get the best out of the players.

Out of the shortlist I have above, the only two that would have players running through a brick walls for them are Hiddink and O'Neil.

Does anyone know of a site that hosts video clips. Something like www.imageshack.us, but that hosts video clips instead of images.

I have many funny video clips in my collection that will make you chuckle. I'll post them here if I can find a hosting service.

Click the link below to view one of what I feel is the funniest real-life talk-show clips.

The talk-show is in Dutch (I think). I am not sure what they are talking about, all I can say is that it's obviously a pretty upsetting topic.

Isn't it just. The funny thing is that the people in the audience are crying also, and the talk-show host is in stiches.

Has that ever happened to you?
