Well when he was there we were in the 2nd division, so games were not plentiful. I don't remember him playing particularly well. Did he return to Turkey?

Back to Costly - what is he doing now?

to b honest i can care less about the clown suazo. and yes his in turkey.

Costly's bench warming in betachow poland.

he seems to give it his all for his country but i think poland isnt the league for any honduran. i think serie A is the best league for him. wat did you think?? i loved that header against mexico and the left foot blast at canada and that gol against paraguey. i been saying that Torino should sign him seen last year.

I didn't see him fitting in Poland. I would like him to go to a Belgium or Denmark for a year, and see how he develops after that.

He's scored some great goals for Honduras, and hopefully he can score a couple of more on the 19th. ;)

Pretty good. If you do well there, you can move anywhere. Poland - not so much. I know a couple of Danish teams had him the radar, but he was priced too high.

Torino beat Napoli 1-0 with Bianchi gettting the winner.

Novellino will only play a 4-4-2 so for Toro's sake, the fans would want him to pick the right players in the right positions. He should stick with Rubin and Diana as FBs, Abate and Rosina on the wings and the ex-Reggina duo up front.

    Money man plots Toro takeover
    Thursday 12 February, 2009

It has emerged that southern entrepreneur Raffaele Ciuccariello is ready to buy up Torino and pump money into the club.

The Granata have had a miserable season so far and are languishing in the relegation mire.

Over the last few days there have been reports that a mystery man is ready to step in and buy Toro and now his identity has been revealed.

Ciuccariello inherited around £550m from his father and is reportedly ready to sink £90m into Torino.

The money could allow Turin's underachievers to build a fearsome squad next summer when the transfer window reopens.

Cairo has been doing Juve fans a favour with his shit presidency and Stellone, Ventola and Abbruscato with their shit finishing. Maybe with Ciuccariello they could be like the Toro of the 70s but they're still way off from being anything like Il Grande Torino.

    Thanks Falvo.

However .. the big, more immediate tragedy is this team allowing itself to implode at the time it truely needed to internalize and focus for the very important immediate future.

I love this club of heartbreaking %^&*!!#, and believe in the motivational powere of il vecchio cuore Granata, but they are as good as down.

Only themselves to blame for the putrid display.

Am I missing something? I keep hearing Torino are in the relegation zone, but this table is wildly different:

edit: Oh shit, this thread is from a year ago. Well good news guys, Torino are in 3rd in Serie B right now

Very nice win for Torino away to Vicenza. Rolando Bianchi scored the only goal in injury time. Serie B looks very competitive this season but Torino is now tied with Padova and Brescia atop the table.

good start for torino, i would like to see them back for the derby della mole and just for the fact that i like to see the city do well. i don't feel much animosity towards them.

im hoping to see torino, samp and pescara promoted

Torino beat Pescara 4-2. Some good goals by Toro but Pescara's defence was too open, which is typical of Zeman's teams.

Ogbonna looks pretty good on the ball and Sgrigna and Bianchi are doing good in attack. Ebagua is a good option off the bench.
