"I am 31 years old, I will have another chance."The future @RBLeipzig_EN manager says he turned down a shot with @realmadriden https://t.co/5NX2e2Euof— beIN SPORTS USA (@beINSPORTSUSA) July 25, 2018 It seems this is quite the confident coach if he thinks he will have another chance.
Change of plans. I'm going to the opening game against Getafe. Even better. Will spend five days in Madrid. Hope to do the tour of Bernabeu, and other important places in Madrid. Damn, I can't wait.
Awesome. Hope you have a blast. You get tickets already? If so, what's the process like these days? I went in 2010 so curious how difficult it is to score tickets. I went through a broker for mine.
I did it through viagogo. $235 per ticket, plus some other fees. Close to the pitch near the corners. There are many still available. The reason I originally wanted to go to the Leganes game was because I thought hotel/plane tickets would be cheaper in early September than August. As it turns out, there are much cheaper in mid August.
If it is not a big match, you should be able to buy tickets at ticket office by the stadium, the go public usually 2-3 days before match day. Cool thing to do is to attend Castilla or under 19 match if they play home same week. Attending training session would be nice too. Official website shows schedule of training sessions and which one is open to public.
I planned a trip to Europe with my gf this fall and the Derby with Atleti falls right on the day I get to Madrid!!!! I had planned on doing the Bernebeu tour but I didn't know if I'd be able to catch a game. A little nervous because I know tickets may not be the easiest to come by but I'll try my hardest. Can anyone give me any info on the ticketing process? Could I buy online?
For the first time since 1999/00, Real Madrid will start the season without a Ballon d'Or winner. pic.twitter.com/egeHIJI0lU— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) July 27, 2018
Kaka... what a mistake by Florentino. The time to purchase him was two season earlier. We purchased him when he was finished.
56m seems like peanuts these days, we wouldn’t even think about signing a player like him anymore. Oh I miss those days, I need to start getting used to our new Arsenal transfer strategy, and get more excited about the supposed revamped stadium.
We wouldnt have to spend 56M on him if Flo had signed him before he joined Milan. Flo refused saying he would rather spend 50 60 on him after he becomes a supertsar rather than get him for cheap when he is a unknown. Galactico 1 Perez wouldnt even spend 4M on likes of Vinicius let alone 40. EDIT: Sorry to say but our policy is nothing like Arsenal. All Arsenal did was steal young players for free from Barca, Madrid and other foreign youth clubs. Once that became difficult they started getting washed up players.
Probably my most favorite pic from Zidane era, defines us as a team during that time. Zidane just fading into the background as the rest of the team celebrates in the spotlight with Ronaldo at the head of the cue. pic.twitter.com/n5El67PO0O— MGMS (@MGM_Safyan) July 31, 2018
Didn't Cristiano already refuse a stadium farewell before he left? It makes no sense to "send him off" a year later. What happens if we meet them in the UCL, will we consider it a tribute match lol ?
I was lucky enough to visit two games in a week in Apirl/May 2017 (La Liga against Valencia and the derby in the CL SF) and bought my tickets online the moment they got available for holders of a Madridista card. If no tickets are available at that moment, check again later as seats will get available whenever ticket holders decide not to go (I got the CL tickets just 2 days before the game). Good luck getting your tickets and enjoy yourself. I know you will, the atmosphere is just amazing. Get to learn some of the songs to diss the Atleti fans and chant along.
All I could find was the other way around but most of the reports are just quoting the spanish newspaper Sport.
Trying to find the best way to watch the team this season, in the US, now that it is nearly upon us. Last year I was able to stream all the matches through the GO90 app from Verizon, which was free with my cell contract. However, that has been shut down I will probably go back to the World Sport package through Sling: https://www.sling.com/international-sports I used it the season before. It works well enough and only costs $10 per month. IIRC sometimes Real Madrid matches would be pushed to different times and the picture quality wasn't top notch. It was certainly not choppy or pixelated like some old streams I've had to use in the past, but there was room for improvement. Does anyone else have a better, reliable way to get each match? I hear there are great streams through reddit, but wasn't sure if they are completely reliable
Reddit soccer streams page is good. Download Ace Stream player and use ace links they post. You get HD links. http://arenavision.in/ They also have Ace Stream links.
