Incredible that Bellingham's become such a key player that he misses an FA Cup game because Birmingham need to rest him.

 

Williams has done well again for United. Greenwood has had some nice touches but he needs to be around the box more instead of in midfield

 

Great at city today. We had 3 English local lads playing. Foden, Doyle and Bellis

Foden was unplayable and Bellis was so composed and strong on the ball. I can see all 3 becoming first team players.

 

Starts for Winks, Sessegnon, CHO, Roberts amongst others.

 

And mighten whose been forests best performer

 

Curtis jones with a wonder goal. Might be a few years yet though before hes in an England squad

 

I'm not judging solely from one game but Garner, Gomes and Tuanzebe should have been used more than they have been.

Jones, Matic and Pereira have had their fair share of chances.

 

Gomes has done more in 5 minutes than Lingard has done in what feels like 12 months. Not surprising Solskjaer is the laughing stock that he is when this is his attitude towards technical, creative players.

 

I like Solksjaer and he’s been really good for Greenwood and Williams. Just hope to see the other English lads a bit more.

 

He's good at giving opportunity generally, but his coaching leaves a lot to be desired.

 

Grealish v maddison again. A few weeks ago maddison came out on top

 

difficult to compare when they play against each other tbh, Leicester are so much better, Grealish has to do everything on his own, getting the ball from his half to the other half and then produce something magic in the final third.

 

Grealish has been villas best player again. Great skill when he beat 3 players

 

Spoke to @kevinvanveen after we went off air (will play on Sportstalk tomorrow) who claims young @ManCity defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis was boasting to him about how much money he earns compared to the Iron striker. KVV says it spurred him on to score his 2 goals in the 3-1 win.

He's obviously just a kid but still not a great look..

 

Tbh the trash talk on the pitch has always been part of the game, especially between defenders and strikers, in order to get a psychological advantage. Didn’t work here apparently

 

Choudary looks as though he may get a chance to stake a claim now that Ndidi is injured. If he works on his tackling he could be a option for the England squad.

 

He looks kinda limited to be honest ... another water carrier ??

 

Arsenal have to plan the futures of Nketiah, John-Jules , Balogun and Greenwood very carefully.

Lincoln are getting (Irish) midfielder Conor Coventry too.

Technically England-eligible though, born in London.

 

Lincoln did well to get Tyler Walker and Joe Morrell.

Replacements or not, getting John-Jules and Coventry is quite impressive.

 

Yh I mean somebody has to do the Job and I think he could be better than Henderson in the longterm but obviously I would only want one such player in the starting lineup.

 

But im happy arsenal are finally getting their youth out on loan instead of hoarding them and holding them back like they did up until last season. These kids need to play mens football.

 

Smith Rowe, Skipp, Garner, Gomes and Doyle need loans. Maybe even Harwood-Bellis too.
