In fairness, it's not as if Mourinho has been able to get the best out of him (or the rest of the players). I don't see Mourinho being there all that long. If United are still shit thereafter, then maybe Pogba becomes the main culprit.
Look. Pogba has played 3 places since he became a regular. Here, ManU, and France. In 2 of the 3, he has been a force to be reckoned with. In 2 of the 3, he played a similar role, with good players surrounding him. The one place he has struggled is ManU where the supporting cast is dubious and Mou refuses to deploy him in his best role. If he comes back here, think of the MF possibilities. Pogs, Matuidi, Pjanic. Pogs, Can and Pjnaic. Pogs, Betancur, and any of Matuidi, Can or Pjanic. Sami was extended so that we can sell him next summer and get something for him - if a guy like Pogba or SMS arrives. If they do, he will be gone, so that is who Pogba or SMS replaces. They haven't scored in 4 games and lost today, its all downhill from here. They are playing like shit, if you take two seconds to watch one of their games you would know that. You see all those teams within one or two points? They haven't played yet, Madrid could well be 5th by tomorrow.
