I watch all the games on Sky Italia or MediaSet (except Coppa which is on RAI in HD). Its in HD and the quality, angles and general feel is just as good as any American pro league sports broadcast. That goes all the way down to Lega Pro.
Dissapointed in how short it is, each episode is 40 minutes long and it jumps around a lot. It would have been a lot cooler if it was like Showtimes " a season with Florida State" or the newer one " a season with navy football" Was hoping to see more training.
Watched all three. A couple of interesting interviews and a few cool behind the scene shots but really wasn't that amazing.
didnt it feel like a travel advertisement for soccer fans? I got the feeling I used to get as a kid when watching those come travel to _____ videos. It did not feel like it was for Juve fans, but more a video for casuals explaining who Juventus is. It was all fluff too, nothing serious or harsh. Hard Knocks does a far better job. I was hoping we would learn about Claudios health situation, Rugani's feelings on playing time, MDS and Betancur adjustment period, Did they even interview Paulo? Gigi did not look happy to be forced into the christmas video.
That's what the series was for. To get more fans, especially n the U.S. Something like Hardknocks for the team would be awesome!
https://www.football-italia.net/117302/juventus-netflix-liked-our-story Snip: ".... “It wasn’t about getting paid, but the value of exposure on a platform with over 110m subscribers all over the world, including half of them in the United States, is priceless. “It was a chance to grow on an international level and reach new Juventus fans.”
We havent exactly been bringing in loads of u20s that make it to the first team. I'm not that concerned about this.
There are a few others who managed to make the step up like Giovinco De Ceglie and Morrone but they did not have the same impact Marchisio did.
THIS RIGHT HERE.... And here's why. So today I stopped on my way back to work to grab a sub at Subway and a guy working behind the counter made a comment about it being nice to see a fellow Serie A fan in town, he commented on the Juve jacket I was wearing (that sweet black and gold one from the CL a couple seasons ago). He said he's a Roma fan so we chatted a bit about the league, etc. For a Roma fan he was a nice guy, only had good things to say about Juve. He then mentioned that he had just got a friend of his into watching Serie A and his friend was trying to decide on a team to follow. His friend watched the three episodes of the Juve documentary on Netflix by chance and because of that has decided to start following Juve. In this case, the documentary did everything it was supposed to do.
Iv seen allot of people in my school and on the street rocking JJ hats and hoodies just saying..........
Last year Juve sold approx. 40+m worth of youth in the transfer market. That's huge and important. This news could be a short term (hopefully) blow.
Did you all catch Dani Alves's response when asked about Astori's passing? I can't believe that useless ********, Alves, was ever associated with this team. He can ******** back off to Brazil.
