Really interesting the way Juve structured the Cuadrado deal. 3 year loan at €5 million a year, if he plays x amount of games they're obliged to buy him for €25 million. BUT they can deduct how ever much they paid out in the loan from the final amount. So say they keep him all 3 years at €15 million and decide to buy him the only pay out €10 million in total.
wtf...thats so weird lol what are the number of games? i'm assuming we dont have to keep the loan going after 1 year lets say if we dont want to and he hasnt met the quota?
If you want to see the full list of players that transferred in regards to Juve, this is the official list... many of the players are youth players that will never see the first team. http://www.legaseriea.it/it/serie-a-tim/calcio-mercato?squadra=juventus
Pjaca on concerns about being benched "Concerned? Certainly not. I am aware this is Juve. I have to prove my worth." Pjaca on his position "In Juve's 3-5-2 I can play as a second striker or at most drop a little as a trequartista. But the position I prefer, by far, is on the wing, preferably on the left. From there I can cut in with my right."
Can't wait to see that kid out there. Now that we have Cuadrado back I can see us using a variety of formations that utilize their strengths.
He would be useful in a 3-striker position where both he and Dybala play behind a striker. It would allow him to go wide and to push down the middle. If he took the left and Dybala on the right, both have that ability to cut in.
The Juve site finally posted the team page ...... http://www.juventus.com/en/teams/first-team/all/index.php Pjaca and Cuadrado are listed as forwards, giving us 5 up front. We have 7 among the midfielders, all basically central midfielders. Among the defense, 9 defenders, 5 central, 4 on the flanks. Then the 3 keepers. Total listed among the first team is 24.
My understanding was you need 4 country grown and 4 home grown in order to have a full 25 man squad. Max size is -1 for each of those 8 not accounted for. Since there are only 3 home grown players our squad size is capped at 24.
