Didn't see an official thread for the Pens on this board, so here we go. Last nights game against the Devils......DO'H!!! NJ 5 - Pitt 1

They obviously have issues with defence. Nothing new there.

Oh well, 1 game down, 81 to go (or is it 80?). WOOHOO HOCKEYS BACK!!!!

    :D

I can't believe how well Crosby is playing already. Definitely Hockey's Lebron James, at least for the moment.

And when the HELL did you guys pick up PAffy? That one got me riled up big time.

Picked up Palffy during the off season. In fact they have several interesting pickups during the offseason (LeClair, Gonchar, Thibault). The Pens are having trouble in the defensive side at the moment. Hopefully they'll figure things out and actually win a game here soon.

9 games into the season and gulp no wins. 5 losses in OT has given them 5 points. Shakey goaltending and defence ain't helping the cause. Time to hit the panic button??? Sure, why not :p.

Sid Crosby looks pretty damn good though. :D

    Finally!!

I wasn't sure the Pens were going to win in the month of Oct. They had a pulse tonight.

    Well, this is encouraging! :D

Sid Crosby 2 goals and 1 assist

    Old man Lemieux 3 assists

Marc Recchi and John LeClair both scored also.

Erik Christensen scored his first goal of his career. He just got called up the other day.

Not a bad night for the Pens.

    :)

Great to see them beat the hated Rangers. Now I would be really excited beat the evil team from the soda side of the state. It's exciting for hockey to be back.

Does anyone know if their radio coverage is available over the internet?
