There are plenty of obscure NT's out there, not yet affiliated with FIFA and UEFA, most of them you have probably never heard of and they will never officially be able to represent a country, while you perhaps could expect NT's like Greenland, Monaco or perhaps even Catalonia to become affiliated with FIFA and UEFA at some point in the future.

But for starters, I would like to point in the direction of some of the obscure NT tournaments out there, like The ConIFA World Football Cup :

The ConIFA European Football Cup :

The NatWest Island Games Football tournament :

... and some that no longer exist .

The VIVA World Cup (2006-2012) :

The FIFI Wild Cup (2006) :

So no opinions on this subject ? ...

I suspect Greenland could be the next country to join FIFA ... The Danish FA have already agreed to this ... the main problem is that UEFA requires new members to be recognized by the United Nations as fully independent. which Greenland is not, while FIFA has no problem with this ...

So Greenland could easilly join FIFA and CONCACAF ... but they would like to join UEFA and there has been talks about UEFA changing its membership requirements so that they are more in line with those of FIFA which allows non-independent states, but so far the old rules still stands.
