As it stands now if a player is injured and can't play any further he can't be replaced. This is simply wrong. It puts the team at a distinct disadvantage. I propose if a player is judged by the team doctor to be out for the tournament. Then he is examined by a neutral FIFA doctor. If he concurs then he may be replaced. But only from the previously named reserves. And only by position ie forward for forward,
