you have to love how much the announcers are harping over the handball shout on sanchez's goal (for me, incidental but certainly influential as it directed the ball towards goal) but gave a once over on the handball shout penalty minutes earlier (it looked incidental to me there as well) and was satisfied with it.
Well, to be fair it was a clear handball in an unnatural position and shouldn't have counted. Plus the linesman looked to have a clear view of it.
i can see that argument. i don't know that i agree because, while it is not the standard "down by the body" we always hear, it didn't look like he reached for the ball with his hand but rather contacted the ball with his hand that were flailing as he stretched for the ball (which did redirect the ball towards the goal). honestly, if that goal was disallowed, i don't know that i would have much of an argument against it either.

Alexis is the most infuriating player ever. Has the ball in a promising position, and then runs back 30 yards with the ball and passes to Mustafi. Crazy subs, imo
