The Almighty Sergio Ramos Appreciation Thread

He was lucky to be in the same locker room with the likes of Zizou, Carlos, Ronaldo N., Raul, Guti, Cannavaro, RVN etc. and learn from them first-hand... he's got that old school attitude that is sorely missed these days.

 

If anything he learned more from those guys mistakes.

 

I'm not saying that they were the most professional sportsmen out there (some where, many were obviously not) but it is undeniable that they were from an older era where values were a bit different to what we see today, that and the fact that the game has become softer.

 

Sergio’s big personality was clear from the start.

Imo Ramos is the best captain we have ever had. He may not be the best player we've ever had, but his attitude, confidence, and dedication to the club are second to none and have been key to our recent success. An example for future generations.

He will be very difficult to replace.
