Yeah that’s a weird take dripping in homerism. It doesn’t surprise me that they are so emotionally invested in their youth teams nowadays but they have an incredibly hard time with objectivity. Don’t get me wrong, this México team doesn’t exude that “special” factor they are apparently seeing in their U17s, especially the way they refer to the first half, but if Mexico was able to take away their advantage with a few tactical changes and tilt the game in Mexico’s favor......were they really that special to begin with? I wish I was as delusional to overrate my youth teams every two years.
The massive irony being that they’ve beat us in the senior side with way worse teams but they out “gritted” the Mexican team. Yet, they walked away like, “scoreboard.”
1129137143085801472 is not a valid tweet id sorry to derail, but apparently liga mx and mls are having a mini tournament this summer. these idiots are already making excuses. "puts its good teams" and "preseason" are timeless excuses
I mean, it was probably translated from German, knowing how Germans are, it may just be a “take your dirty laundry elsewhere” type article.
The “we played better but lost trend” continues ... U.S. were the better team, Ukraine just more aggressive, and that mattered in a few vital moments, 50/50 balls, and that set-piece goal.— James Nalton (@JDNalton) May 24, 2019
When you try to make a point about outshooting an opponent you usually expect ratios of 2:1. 11:8/5:3 kinda seems... not statistically relevant?
Chicha is a diva. Tecatito broke the rules, Layun.. meh he's irreverent, HH has played every summer since 2012. Needs a break. Lainez.... he's still young. And Lozano is injured. The rest are still fit. Jimenez, pizzaro, pineda, Ochoa, Etc.— Daniel (@_TranceAddict) May 27, 2019
A lot of the Lainez hate is going to be bad because unlike the Chicharito vs Raul fight, Chivas now doesn't have anyone to counter Lainez. Unless Macias go back to Chivas which will be fun after all the shit they talked when Macias complained about the locker room and Chivas thought that they were hot shit with Alexis after their win against Atlas.
I guess. Although they don't look all that good there since he had to leave to really show what he could do and it wasn't like Chivas had that much quality upfront to justify his lack of playtime..
Four years ago we were promised repetitive ass whooping was coming with Rubio Rubin and Gideon Zalalem 1134209428951949313 is not a valid tweet id
That was the guy who was talking about how results didn't matter 2 weeks ago when Mexico won the U17 tournament.
