It's up to the host broadcaster, for some games at least. During the Tauro-Toronto game on Thursday coming from Panama, Craig Forrest—the Canadian colour commenter on Setanta Canada—made sarcastic comments about the endless replays by the host broadcaster every time a Tauro player got "fouled", and yet very few of Toronto players being fouled.
Unless we're sending checks in the mail along with our complaints I have little confidence that anything will change.
