    Several questions.

Should Ching (GKs stutter step, but on his line) have gotten to retake his kick?

Should the last Dynamo player (GK clearly off his line)?

What do you do as a ref in that situation? And should the ref have warned the Pachuca GK on the first three kicks that going two, three feet off the line before the kick would result in a retry if missed?

Didn't see the kicks, but for your first question, as long as he says on his line (even stutter stepping), he is fine.

On the stop, it was a small hop off the line. Didn't look like more than the Dynamo keeper on his stop. Some of the earlier ones he came off a lot more and I might have called a rekick if he had stopped any of those.

Kicks start just before the 4 minute mark.

At 5:03 he takes a full step (both feet) off his line, and is a yard off the line, before the ball is kicked.
