I hope Freddy the best, he is a great talent. Really deserves it.

Hopefully Denis Alas joins him, his trial starts today. Let's see if he can get it done.

Looks like Fonseca is going to sign with Liberia now. He has 3 options....first one is Liberia...2nd one is Communicaciones....and 3rd one is MLS (doubtful).

I think he will sign with Liberia since they have a new owner who has the money to turn the team around and make them competetive. They are already signing well-known local players so i wouldnt be suprised if Fonseca signs with them.

Rolo Fonsenca and Comunicaciones couldn't come to a deal ($). So Pezzarossi is returning to los cremas and not going to Jalapa.

Suchitepéquez is interested in Salvadoran Eliseo Quintanilla.

I really can't see Eliseo crossing the border to play for ANY team, not in Guate or Honduras. But you never know. He currently has a good team in San Salvador FC, who have all the players to win the league, or atleast make the finals, but always seem to underachieve. I had heard there was interest from a Colombian team for Eliseo, which i think he turned down, so i doubt he'll move over to Guate.

But according to the official Suchitepéquez website, its almost a done deal, they just have to talk over how much he will be paid. I would be EXTREMLLY surprised to see Cheyo go, especially considering he could easily move into any of ES 4 big teams, FAS, Firpo or Aguila. There is also Alianza, but he went there when he came back from DC United and left on bad terms so i dont think he would ever return.

If he does go, i would be really interested to know the reasons as to why.

Municipal loans 20 year old Florencio "papito" Martinez to deportivo Malacateco for 1 season good for him he needs the minutes to break out , good move even though papito is pissed about the move.

I'm not sure about the link, i don't remeber if i read it through forums or through an official site, but i know that i saw it somewhere. I remember because it was the same week that i had read through a thread here on BS that asked why there were not many Central American playing in Colombia.

So right now, it looks like it will be.

Dennis Alas from San Sal says he has offers from DC United(dougg is probably hoping he goes there) and the Revs.

I would not mind to see Cheyo playing in Guatemala, obviously he could play in a better league, but hey if no one has not been that intrested in him, then go to Guate, maybe there he could find success and go to Austria or something.

If Cheyo would of played vs USA he would of diffanetly gotten more intrest, he has no one to blame there but himself, he is a hothead. Jeez, only if El Pega would of stayed in the game, vs Guate, i could see him getting offeres too, sons a beast.

Eliseo Quintanilla will be staying in ES for the time being, after turning down Suchitepéquez second contract offer.
