the game is going on right now.
you can watch it at eurosport.com.
Click on "video" at the top of the screen and then click on toulonu-21.

    Rightn now its 0-0 @ 38min

I thought at this level games would have some rythm, but they dont:(

Santiago Fernandez sucks. So does Rodallega. The game sucks. I think Mexico's Sub-17 team would crush the Sub-21 LOL!

I agree...these teams have no pace or rythm, its just constant fight for the ball but, when one team gets it they can't do kaka.
I felt the u-17 games had more rythm to them.
    I am pretty disappointed.

IMHO, Pablo Luna has done a terrible job with this team. They are very disorganized and have absolutely no idea what they are playing for. When a team is this bad... none of the players are going to shine.

    GOOOOOOOL! DE MEEEEEEXICO!

Omar Hernandez... one of the better players on this squad heads it in from the Corner Kick.

Mexico is starting to generate some offense with Moreno, the Sub-17 Championship Benchwarmer from Pumas.

Mexico is very disappointing in this tournament. Again, Mexico skates by on the abilities of a few individuals but Colombia was the better team. Only Moreno looked salvageable on attack today... the back three were pretty good but every single player made mistakes at various times. These kids need a lot of work.

In the end, Rodallega did make a difference... but he still seems far off from the promise he showed a couple of years ago. Monterrey is going to have to work very hard with him in order to recoup their investment.

    Right Now....

MEX & COL have 2 pts in 2 matches
FRA & HOL have 1 pt in 1 match

CHI & POR have 4 pts in 2 matches
ARG & CZE have 1 pt in 2 matches

Further... if this tournament is meant to showcase promising players for the agents.... what a waste it has been. I think several of Colombians looked good enough to get recruited but I don't think any of the Mexican players did enough to attract any interest.

None of the teams have really stood out... Hopefully the matches will get better but so far organization and execution of tactics has pretty much been lacking for everyone most of the time..
And who would have guessed China would take points from two matches, including against Argentina...?

What a bad team lead by a horrible coach. His team goes up 1-0 and the coach starts playing pussy football; defending his 1-0 lead. I can only think of one other coach who does that: Latorpe.

I knew I heard somewhere that this coach was a Latorpista... Theres no doubt about it now...

The only decent players i've noticed so far - granted, i havent had the chance to watcha complete game - are Fernandez, Morales and Moreno.
