Palmeiras having keno come off the bench is lethal , ponte were lucky he didn't score or create a goal. Thank god caja Is back because last night was an example of how bad ravenelli has been. The Kleina era off to a good start with the w tho. I liked how he subbed of Jefferson at halftime , guy has been trash all season
Cruzeiro scores a goal 90 minutes into the derby against Atlético. Big "frango" by the goalie but beautiful triangulation by Cruzeiro's offense.
Cruzeiro with another golaço. 2-0, Atlético with 10 men, Fred was ejected due to elbowing an opponent. I love it!
Definitely seems that way. Julio Cesar looked better just based off the Fla games alone. I still don't know what DC was doing on our goal. I know he changed his mind on what he was doing, but I don't even know why he was positioned to make a stop that would have given an easy rebound to begin with. Horrible technique all the way around.
I give a ton of credit to kleina over these two legs and sense he has taken over. No idea how he has fixed the defense but he did.
I don't blame him. Someone needs to call Ze Ricardo out and knock him off his pedestal. He's been making questionable decisions for quite some time now.
And the crazy thing is how kleina has fixed the defense like mentioned before but the way Jadson has been playing has been phenomenal. Especially when he did Fuk all at his last two stops and how he was on the bench before kleina came.
I just hope they don't fold like a cheap chair in the return leg. I won't be surprised if Crefisa buys some phantom PK calls that'll put pressure on Ponte to hold on to their advantage.
I'm worried about it because enventually kleina will show his ass/run out of luck. I'm hoping palmeiras starts Borja again. I could see a red cars easily happening on Lucca or clayson. I'm surprised one didn't go against Santos in the 2nd leg. And both play physical and get into a ton of challenges for small attacking players.
I'm tired of hearing people say that Palmeiras hasn't skipped a beat with Eduardo Baptista in charge compared to last year with Cuca. The eye test tells me that they aren't playing nearly as well and have gotten lucky to pull off some results, not to mention benefiting from questionable officiating. I'm just glad that I haven't really had to hear much about Guerra because I thought he was vastly overrated anyways.
