I’m guessing he’ll get subbed on second half for an ovation and a short run around?

That seemed like a clear penalty. Mane just swiped at and took out Son’s planted foot when he was shooting wtf.

Ref needs to grow some balls. If that was the 65th minute it would have been called, but it was the 95th so he swallowed his whistle, lest big mean Kloppo come growling at him.

SHM's recognition. Klopp greets/congratulates him as well.

Rumor (from Calciomercato so take it w a grain salt) suggests that current Bayern and ex-Leverkusen scouts Busser and Neppe want SHM at Bayern. I mean, perfect timing considering where Ribery and Robben are at in their careers... Likely though? Not sure. Really want to see him win trophies though.

Wouldn't mind. Maybe even mentor Jeong Wooyeong.

Bayern's attacking player are traditionally technically excellent. I am not sure if SHM is technically good enough to regularly play. On the other hand the environment might force him to get better.

he has been rather "mature" in that aspect as of late...

I'm kind of conflicted about this potential move.

I'd love to see Son win a trophy with Spurs before he makes a move (especially since EPL is the most competitive and physical league), but I would also love to see Son play for a trophy-winning team.

that is true. but if his first touch, dribbling and movement with the ball isnt world class. If bayern is dissatisfied with SHM they can easily bring in another player. Then you have PJY 2.0

yes, indeed that would be the case but there is also a risk of that (PJY2.0) in London as well.

it's alrdy impossible for SHM to become a PJY 2.0 with Tottenham
unless you were talking about a move to arsenal/chelsea which straight up isn't happening

park chuyoung got parkchuyoung'd in arsenal because his physical ability he relied heavily on in france took a big decline and he was half assing it like hes always done his entire life. a reserves coach for arsenal specifically said park juyoung was 'only doing what he was told' during training which probably was a kind way of indicating he was last man in first man out

not buried that deeply... ofcourse not. but if all of a sudden the likes of lucas and lamela ups their game then we are going to see him in much limited capacity.

as poch said, when you sign with a team you are only guaranteed practice time

Relax bro. SHM is going to be a crucial member for at least the foreseeable future. Even in the Liverpool game, Spurs’ attack came to life as soon SHM came on.

SHM needs rest. Why are you worried about his minutes and his place in the squad? We should be worried that he'll be asked to start too many match for the next few weeks.

Every season there's someone worried about Son's minutes in Tottenham...

I think Lucas will be benched for the Inter game. Pochettino was using him as a 2nd striker vs Liverpool and he was useless there. If it hadn't been for the industry he put out, I think he would've been subbed earlier.

I think they'll switch back to Kane being a lone striker with Son and Lamela on the wings.

honestly, i'm not worried at all. Poch knows what he can get out of him n such...i trust in SHM's ability...this past 2 years has been great watching him.

That Son mentorship thing never really worked out for Ryu Seung-woo at Bayer Leverkusen.

I rather have Jeong Woo-yeong take that 1st team spot than Son Heung-min moving there.
