So I was wondering if we can get enough people maybe we can get a fantasy league going. It's very nice to see that so many posters are showing up frequently so maybe something fun like this would make things even better. I've done it awhile back with hockey and football too so i have some experience. We would draft players and all that..It would be pretty fun!
Nina, since you're already playing and all, we might need some tips from you...I was thinking.. System of awarding points where...goal= 3 pts, goalie win = 2 pts, assist= 1 point Also, i wish we could incorporate 2nd assist. So many times you would see something like Pjanic make a great play and pass to Gago (just as an example)..Gago to Osvaldo and a goal. Gago gets the assist but Pjanic with a great play gets nothing. In hockey we have only 5 guys on the ice at the same time and 2 will often get assists if they are involved in the play leading to the goal. Also, instead of just being allowed to pick any player from any league, i think having a pool of 500-600 players (roughly) from top clubs in top leagues to choose from would be better. Any suggestions are welcome.
The UEFA site does their own rules where you can't alter them. They give out points for a lot of different things. Game played, how many min played, goals, assists, recovered balls, etc. I'm not sure how other sites do it...
The UEFA site has everything set up already for you. All you do is sign up create and/or join a league You can enter up to 10 private leagues and they come in two varieties: Classic: your ovarall score is ranked against all other players in that league Head 2 Head: you play a game each matchday against another team in the league. Your score versus your opponent's score. 3 points for a win and 1 points for a draw.

In the private league even in the classic mode you play just for points and at the end of the match day whoever has more points from your private league is at the top of the table. Some friends and I play the classic mode. I like that one since it's not as complicated as the head to head. Also aach player competes and is automatically entered in a number of leagues. These are: The overall league involving all registered players A league for fellow players from your country A league for players starting the same Matchday as you A league for supporters of your favourite team (optional) Private leagues with your friends and colleagues (so this would be us) Public leagues with other game players (optional) You can be in up to 10 private leagues and 3 public leagues. I really don't pay attention to the other stuff just my private league.
