Thankfully opting out was simple enough once calling in. They pulled up my account and sent me an email with a link to the opt out form. I'll have to double check tomorrow and make sure everything is cancelled.

Done and done. Checked and my tickets for next season are officially cancelled. The extra free time will be nice for sure. I'm gaining ~2 hours of travel time, plus being able to just shut off the game if we're getting stomped.
