Bad Sunny has shown up a few times tonight, but San Jose hasn't been good enough to take advantage.

Was that Silva dallying ont he ball in the box and almost giving up a goal? Or Brooks?

I’m struggling to determine which one of these teams is in last place.

Just a dumpster fire of a game.

RSL should have already been punished but SJ sucks and vice versa.

The Quakes suck more, you're just playing down to our level.

Keeping a clean sheet on the road is normally a good thing. I just don't see much from this defensive effort - except from Rimando - to build on.

Well, there it is. The team that hasn’t had a clean sheet all season gets one tonight. We definitely have attack weaknesses. We got a road point, which is good I guess.

RSL exceeded my expectations by not losing, and somehow still looked worse than I thought they would.

I know the whole game plan went to hell when Rusnak went down so early in the game. So I should perhaps be more charitable with my evaluation of the game. We had some decent chances - Kreilach in half one had a couple of good looks, and both Glad and Silva came close in half two. Rimando played well. Baird ran his tail off and made some nice runs in the first 45, but our ball movement got progressively slower and less incisive as the game went on so his runs became sort of pointless.

But hey, we didn't give up a giant pile of goals on the road, and we got a point! It's only our fifth road point of the season.

    So . . . yay?

You summed it up better than I did.

And you get your money back, and you get your money back, and you get your money back.

When they announced 2 minutes of extra time I said oh good right before Dunny said something similar.

The best play of the night was Kyle catching the ball with his face and then taking the standing 8 count.

He definitely wobbled on his feet. I don't think we used the concussion protocol, but given his initial reaction, we should have.

So, correct me if I am wrong we ended the game with 4 DMs on the field? other than that I thought the first half was hot garbage and the second was warm to the touch garbage.
I hate those neck spasms I have gotten one before.

Saucedo was the only attacker we had on the bench, which was full of defenders and defensive-minded midfielders (or whatever Ruiz is going to be). Wonder where Luis Silva was tonight?

I believe Dunny mentioned, get this, Silva has an injury.

I had the SJE broadcast tonight, hence no mention of such things. But conspiracies abound when Fenando Adi is known to be leaving Portland tomorrow, destination unknown.

Even Dunny said it was the worst MLS game he had seen in a long time.

I would take him for Plata. They both fall down about the same amount.

What's the word on Rusnak's injury? Also, if Beckerman doesn't have a concussion I want to know how he avoided it. He was completely staggered by that rifle shot off the front of his noggin.

When KB crumpled like a sack of potatoes I thought, “There’s no way he will pass the concussion protocol”.

I think KB5 was able to brace himself for the impact. It may have stunned him, but I think he had a chance to prepare his body for it. It caught him just right, but it didn't catch him unawares. Maybe?

I remembered I was going to watch this game. Got sidetracked playing Jackbox games with friends. Saw the score and wasn't upset I forgot about the game.
