No, they emailed back in the fall asking for my shirt size. Apparently if they didnt email you or you didnt reply, then you got the voucher.
Aha, good to know. I should be receiving my package (heh) today according to UPS, and did provide shirt sizes way back when. A buddy of mine got vouchers.
I responded to the email about sizes but they screwed something up and my ticket rep called me last month to ask what sizes I wanted. Got the voucher. Suspect that when I go to pick it up they will be out of what I asked for.

I received 4 t-shirts in the sizes that I requested. The shirts are actually fairly nice. I also received 4 scarves. I don’t have a need for them. If anyone wants one, DM me. Happy to send to you for free.
Over the years I have amassed a plastic bin full of plastic wrapped promo scarves that make me look like a LuLaRoe salesman. I'm not even sure what I'm saving them for.
We have the same thing. On a recent project, I had one team name themselves Union and they used two scarves as a flag. My wife tried to make a blanket out of a bunch of them. After three attempts she gave up. I wonder if the SoBs could make TIFO out of all the scarfs we do not need.
The shirts are nice. Single coozie, I guess I'll share. A couple lanyards, even with my tickets being all-digital. A couple more scarves I'll never wear*. The magnet is cringe-worthy ... the June NYRB game is listed as 6/8/19, 2019 7:30PM ET. *I try to donate my tickets once/twice a year to some friends' fundraising events, and typically include other swag, like the lanyards and scarves. Tough to include the scarves lately because they are for STHs. ::shrug::
friend of ours has ATL season tickets. he said his tickets came in a box that lights up when you open it. I said ours came in a fed ex bag. I dont need a light up box.... it's just funny to see the disparity.
I sort of like the scarves... but I only wear them when the weather actually calls for a scarf... so... not often.
I also have way too many scarves...maybe when they call next year to renew, I should tell them it's conditional on being able to opt out of the scarves. I once saw a guy who wore a cape made out of old scarves to a game (not at a Union game), which looked pretty cool.
I may have mentioned this before, but with eagles season tickets you get no package per se. This past year you got keepsake ticket reproductions of the 2 playoff games and the super bowl. Besides that you get a discount at the pro shop and free NFL gamepass. You get shit you actually use as nothing that goes to waste
I'm sort of shocked they didn't have a one pager with information outlining Union Dollars/Rewards/Steel tickets/etc..... I mean, I know they communicate a lot of this stuff via email, but a lot of people don't read their email.
Union dollars and rewards prob won't work for the start of the season so the less people that know the better. Sadly, I'm not even joking. edit: lol. Just read the home opener thread after posting this. I can't even.
So bought stuff in the Union store and was told I would not get the season holder discount since I did not have Union dollars loaded onto my card! Was this communicated to us?! Made a big fuss and was told to come back at the next game with Union dollars on my card and the invoice. They promised that they then will give me the discount.
Had the same issue, but I had $12 leftover from last year. They did not want to give me a discount, but they did.
So you only get the discount if you are using the preloaded card? This team really loves the idea of funny money.
Even when you go card-less and opt for the digital tickets, you need to get a card from Will Call to get the STH discount on swag and concessions.
