There's a female 'pool supporter who I've spoken to many times over the years who's very friendly but who's name I'd forgotten.

I believe it depends on the state. Some states have updated their statutes so that this could be considered rape.

I think this belongs here, although it could also be posted in the immigration thread. When I initially heard this last week I hoped it was exaggerated or some kinds of fake news, but it appears to be very real.
