Interesting, do you have a link? Unfortunately I saw his name everywhere when there were lists of the players likely involved =/
Here's the link, it's at the bottom of the article http://www.goal.com/en-us/news/88/s...nd-the-key-names-behind-real-madrids-transfer
Cool, I've never heard about that a specific rule before. Here's what I found http://www.playthegame.org/news/new...rs-age-requirement-for-transfer-certificates/ Fingers crossed that saves him then!
Yes, well deserved though the goals were far more down to US mistakes. Colombia played really conservatively thereafter and just killed the game off.
lol Villas-Boas is interested in coaching in J-League (and Brazil). http://www.ojogo.pt/internacional/p...de-treinar-no-japao-ou-no-brasil-5209501.html
Well it could be that Poles and Russians will be trying to determine who's the 'toughest' in whole Europe in Nice or Marseille. Add to that Ukrainians... I heard that police presence is laughable and that's the main reason for Russians beating the crap out of English.
Why they decide to hold in Marseille is beyond me. They should hold matches in other cities maybe like Bordeaux and Nice, etc. Places with better security and lesser hooligans' presence.
Chile scored 7 against Mexico with Mexico as host we can say having in mind their suppport from the stands...
I took an Uber tonight and the driver had taken some customers from the Mexico-Chile match - apparently it got pretty crazy with people fighting, throwing stuff, etc. Incidentally I had an awesome chicken mole burrito as I was reading about the match...
Really reminded me of the Brazil Germany game from the WC. Mexico came out over confident, over enthusiastic, and over emotional, wanting to make a splash in front of 70,000 of their fans. After the second Chile goal their confidence was shattered and they wilted. Goes to show the importance of the mental side of the game. For me that was the most disappointing thing about Japan's performance at the last WC -- they weren't mentally strong. Zaccheroni bears at least some responsibility for that.
http://www.uefa.org/about-uefa/administration/communications/news/newsid=2398899.html quite relevant The top four clubs from the four top-ranked national associations will now qualify automatically for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. A new system for the club coefficients: clubs will be judged on their own records (deletion of the country share for individual club coefficient unless that coefficient is lower than 20% of the association's coefficient). Historical success in the competition will also be acknowledged in coefficient calculation (points for previous European titles with a weighted system for UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League titles) (rotfl at this one)
Just shit. Pure shit. Seeing this forced move, I'm tempted of not following Champions League anymore.
Great advertisement for them. People in Europe don't have a clue what Rakuten is. Or who Mikitani is.
