NOT on the pitch or the warning track...which means the second a streamer goes over the edge..TWEEEEEPPPPP!!!!!! here comes the poultry patrol !!! You're ooouutttaaa here ya damn riot bringer !!!! Both confetti and the streamers will of course make way onto the pitch. Completely harmless but..... Hell La not only allows streamers but they supply them. Did you see the Old Spice parade up in Toronto on Sunday? Ha....Red Patch smothered Landy with 'em ..it was great to watch. And it was all allowed. DSG sucks......
