Mexican own the Spanish speaking broadcasting companies in the US, they have the largest Hispanic population, their comentators love to embellish the team and be quite one sided when it comes to narrating. They put their players on pedestals (chicharito, tecatito, Ochoa etc) and rant whenever they don't get enough time at their clubs because obviously they aren't as good as they claim. To deny that they get the special treatment by the media would be considered lying. The truth is that over the last 15 years the USMNT has been the best country in the concacaf, but you wouldn't hear that on univision or espn deportes tho... Mexico is the greatest and will always be.
No, he is the greatest player in the world and Ferguson and ancelotti were terrible managers for not using him enough. Learn abt soccer bruh
My prediction might be right lol... can't wait to hear the ESPN deportes analyst excuses tomorrow Morning. ..
What a half - easily Chile's best of the tournament. Most of the Chilean players are having a good game. Good to see a team rewarded for attacking play. They have been putting 5 players in and around the penalty area over and over again, and somehow haven't faced a single counter attack in the whole half. Second goal comes at a good time. They'll be able to have a chat at half time and reassess the tactics. They might want to throw 1 or 2 less players forward from now on. Also do they need all of Vargas, Puch, Vidal and Sanchez on the pitch now they are already two up. Maybe Vargas or Puch could go off early in the second half, or even at half time.
How is this unexpected? Mexico always chokes in huge knockout games, when's the last time they won a World Cup knockout round game?
Are you sure about that? If i read the wikis right, Univision is owned by Broadcasting Media Partners, Inc which seems to be mostly (if not all) USA based.
