The sample pairs were K leather. There was massive improvement from the first samples shown to the second samples. I liked the feel of these. Not sure I've made up my mind about the soleplate though.

Yeah. The original samples were k-leather. Kind of annoying that they changed it to be honest. Our catalogs had said "premium leather" which of course normally means calf leather for Puma - I believe one of the other colours will come in a k leather - a limited edition of course.
So has anyone tried out the new EvoPowers? I'm tempted by them and the Hypervenoms at the moment. New black HV colourway is beautiful, hoping for a more normal colour from Puma now as well.
So ... and sorry if it's been mentioned before. But I read on Twitter (and again, can't say it's 100% true!) but apparently Adidas are sueing Puma over the stripes on the side of the EVOpower Vigor 1 Camo boots. I know they have 4 stripes on but apparently Adidas say it's too close to their 3 stripe logo. You can kind of see where they are coming from if the rumour is true. appleCORR
It is true and silly on their part...I don't think anyone was thinking it was an adidas boot when they saw it. Plus Giroud was wearing it...adidas should be thanking Puma for paying him so he isn't mistaken for wearing adidas boots, might keep sales down if kids think they couldn't hit the ocean from a boat in adidas boots.
Yeah it's dumb from adidas, It's clearly 4 stripes up the side, They think they can come after anyone who use multiple stripes, pretty silly.
When I was young I thought Adidas only had 2 stripes....... why? Because I only ever had or saw copy cat/fake Adidas. When I saw a tracksuit with 3 stripes I thought it was either a new product line or fake
Maybe they are still butthurt over the whole Cruyff two stripe kit thing and his Puma deal at the time....
Am able to get off-season evopower 1.3s at a cheap price. Was trying to get some light on whether I should get the synthetic or leather version for FG. Are the evopowers 1.3s synthethic a good buy at 30 pounds? The leathers are at 65 pounds. Are there any durability issues that I should know about? Thank you!
Hi all, i have evopower 3.2 and i love them. I am thinking of getting Puma king top di or puma king classic. 1. What is sizing like for puma king? I wear 10.5us in copas, 11.5us in morelias and 12 us in evopowers. 2. I found soleplate, esp the front, on copas narrow and i felt a bit unstable when playing in them. Is puma king soleplate a bit wider? Thanks
