I was just thinking how much more excited I'd be for this match if we were playing in the World Cup this summer. Oh well, still pretty excited.
Wood tries to get by CP - and the 3 defenders behind him - finally loses ball. Hamburg continues to have no midfield, shockingly.
CP with better defensive work. then does better to hold on to the ball when there is nothing in front of him.
Have to say, Hamburg is just obviously a poor team, but Dortmund with a surprising number of poor touches so far. No rhythm to their game.

Bobby Wood chested a bouncing ball in the box down and took a shot on the volley, but it was blocked by a defender. However, from the replay it looked like an accurate shot that had a good chance of beating the keeper had it not been blocked. Good stuff.
Pulisic's slight little shimmies and skillful turns in midfield would be goal scoring chances on a team like Barcelona.
Man, Hamburg can't even just dribble in open fieldf without losing the ball. It's so weird and predictable.
Though, to be fair, so would many decent players. But the point that CP lacks enough like-minded help on that play is correct.
