'20 he has hardly touched the ball though BVB have dominated possession That possession has not led to chances though as Bremen is sitting deep and is very organized.
It does not appear to me that BVB is dominating possession. Actually seem to be chasing the game and hardly able to play out of their half.
Things change. '27 Bremen have a nice spell of possession and it ends with a goal 0 - 1 Goal was a nice strike from the right side of the penalty area to the lower left corner of the goal
It's been the same thing watching BVB play all season... the fullbacks and centerbacks play keep away until the ball goes to a central midfielder, who tries a through ball and it gets turned over. It's so predictable and boring. There's no strategy of attack. The only consistent form of offense they've had is Pulisic taking on 4 players
Dortmund making Bremen look like a UCL contender. Passes in the final third are off. Combination play is slow and predictable until the ball goes back to Bremen. None of the lightning counters that we saw early in the season.
They have become very hard to watch. They just don't regularly play good football. There aren't enough quick interchanges, incisive passes and off ball runs. It's just ugly. I guess the upshot is at least they are a shambles at the back.
Half-time Bremen up 0 - 1 BVB have been very poor. Maintaining lots of possession but not generating any real chances at all. Fans are jeering and frustrated.
Yarmo doesn't care. bumbling around. It almost looks like Bremen have 13 players on the field. Zero space. The front three have had zero room to run.
agree with everyone else. bosz needs to gtfo, and they need to get rid of yarmolenko and get somebody with some speed and ability to combine with others. high-level attackers just can't be that slow, especially ones who play on the wing. combine him with their slow CAMs, and you have a lifeless attack. combine that with bosz's style, and you have the abortion that is this season.
Kagawa is shameless in his audacity. It's like he's entirely unaware of how much of bullshit doesn't come off.
Bosz accomplished the seemingly impossible task of making Pulisic, Aubameyang, and Guerreiro look toothless.
Man, I've always loved watching Kawaga. Last season, he was super effective and scored some great goals. What happened?
