End to end stuff. Dortmund have it cleared off the line on one end and then Lewandowski gets in behind and is brought down in the box for a penalty. Lewandowski scores to make it 4-1.

BVB have been badly outclassed... they have had periods of possession but BM just used those to counter and they are so clinical with their chances.

Pulisic is the only player attempting to put pressure on the ball high up the pitch. Good to see.

If we are comparing him to the rest of the team, I think Pulisic has been okay tonight given the score line.

CP been pretty quiet this game...didn't see much of the ball...probably 99% of BVB don't see much of the ball either.

He's certainly been the best attacker, probably the best player besides Guerreiro. Mostly everyone for BVB has been poor.

Great dribble run from Pulisic and shot with the left. Strong hand from Bayern keeper

Pulisic almost scores! Forced a save out of the keeper.

Ouch!! This is what a difference in quality looks like. Tbf, seasoned vets on arguably the best club team on the planet. All you can do is keep trying. ...almost a goal from CP. Anyway, I hope they shake it off.

Pulisic with a good chance and showing he has the legs to go the distance. Made the keeper save that one.

Nearly a great solo goal from CP. He's been the only BVB player who has looked dangerous on the ball consistently in this match.

It was great to see Pulisic always keep going. This stage doesn't phase him

i think a lot of the problem is that defenders have been drilled for so long to cut out crosses that even though they try to keep him from cutting left, they still go for fakes to the right, and just don't know how to invite a guy to make open crosses or take shots with his right. i don't think there's another winger in the world you would want to defend that way, so i don't think it's ever been coached or tried.

If you compare him to the rest of the team he may have been man of the match. Comparing him to Munich or even Dortmund in another game not even close to good enough.

Like the commentators were stating its hard to judge because Bayern is probably the best team in the world right now.

They were quite impressive. I wonder where Weigl was? The difference between Dortmund and Munich is age. 7-10 yrs of experience. Alot of Dortmund players will be as good as Munich players over time.

And one Bayern start rolling in all cylinders like they were it's incredibly difficult. Dortmund have to scratch it up and look forward to their midweek game. This loss doesn't do much

completely agree. i actually didn't think dortmund was that bad, especially in the first half. dembele had 2-3 good opportunities and completely blew them, while ribery and lewa slotted theirs in. dortmund needed the breaks to go their way to have a chance, and they didn't. bayern was very effective at killing the last 30 minutes with keep away.

Ribery and robben in particular are just so polished with every touch, and every run. they are masters of their craft. As good as pulisic and dembele are, it's basically impossible for teenagers to have their skills honed so well. there's no guarantee that either reaches that level, but it's not difficult to imagine looking 5-7 years down the road.

Exactly. You can see that all throughout this game today.

It's like taking a great college basketball team and goes against the best in the NBA. You can't possibly compete.
