Recently purchased pair of indoors from Pro Direct, great shipping, everything seemed excellent until they refused to allow a return. I try indoors/boots, etc. all the time and I have never had this happen from any other store. I literally tried them on inside in living room (on carpet) for five minutes, placed back in box and shipped them back within a day or twom from arrival and they refuse to allow a refund. Anyone else have this problem? I will NEVER even think about purchasing anything from them ever again. There is a reason there are no COMMENTS/REVIEWS on their website for items.
