Don’t like the shoulder stripes on one side might take a while to get use too . But that seems to be the new adidas template. I’d rather have something more unique if possible
As long as we match the shirts to the shorts. I am not a fashion person, but even I know stripes on one and ckecks on the other is a bad look.
I would pay an altogether unreasonable amount - and willingly piss my wife off in the process - for a tartan plaid Crew jersey. Especially if it were long-sleeved. PS - I hate the adidas jersey deal. I don't think that's been mentioned enough recently.
I read somewhere that they’re doing some kind of 25th anniversary mL$ badge or shield on all jerseys this year. And that there’s a new “font” for the numbers and letters. Not that there was really anything wrong with the most recent font IMO. Or the one from ~2004-~2010? (I think it does look better when all the teams have a consistent look to the names and numbers—a la the EPL. Kinda annoying that mL$ keeps changing them though.)
Had we seen the new MLS jersey font yet? If not, FC Cincinnati gave us a glimpse of it after announcing the signing of new DP Yuya Kubo and showing off his new #7 #FCCincy shirt. pic.twitter.com/eSA1C6vz7m— D.J. Switzer (@wrongsideofpond) January 9, 2020 New font
It looks like the stripes are smaller and thinner, but I actually thought of the ones you posted also. Didn’t those have the same stripe on one leg of the shorts also?
Man, not only Hollywood has run out of ideas, now Adidas has run out. We've hit peak design people. Everything from now on will just be a retread.
Aren't MLS "socks" now more like teenage girl leg warmers? https://www.dallasnews.com/sports/f...-trialing-new-socks-in-their-adidas-uniforms/
Is there any word on the local TV plan for this year? Same as last year? Or another guessing game up to kickoff on March 1st?
This was from Feb. 2019: Now, will Neil and Dwight do all away matches from a studio in Cleveland again? Will there be any investment into the overall production value, especially Sika's wardrobe? I have no idea.
to save any potential curious cat from having to click through to the hellscape that is twitter, relevant news from that tweet thread that I found interesting: -No sponsor on the kit yet -there's a really cool detail on the back of the collar but he didn't elaborate on it. -the warmup jacket appears to be the star of the show as he mentioned it multiple times and how much he liked it. Edit: Now that I posted the picture from Alex's twitter, it appears to be the same one from the LZ pic I posted earlier.
