They did beat us last time, so they have bragging rights. Even if we beat them in SanPedro we only match what they did. On the other hand, I think that on paper Honduras is a much better team but I am biased.

Re: (Pre-match) WCQ: Costa Rica vs USA 6/3/09 Costa Rica's win over the USA was more impressive to me than Honduras' over Mexico, since our team was smooth and disciplined and that entire game was a riot. Honduras may be better than us man for man (debatable,) but as units we match up pretty well. I also consider us, along with El Salvador, to be the best-managed teams in the hex at this point. Maybe Aguirre will prove me wrong. This is actually a problem, almost every team is getting their ass handed to them on foreign soil. Honduras Costa Rica, 0-2. Costa Rica Mexico, 0-2. Trinidad USA, 0-3. Mexico Honduras, 1-3. USA Costa Rica, 1-3. This considering Trinidad and Mexico were lucky not to lose by a larger margin. Whoever lands in fourth and heads south is in deep shit the way this is going. South Africa will be even worse.

Honestly, they made it look so effortless. Their passing was insane. US didn’t have a any good mid, defense, volantes, delanteros, if anything howard was probably the one that played decent. I couldnt understand why US didnt have more strategy and domino of the ball. The penalti at the end was a joke too, that was a bad call. About the referees being from trinidad and having warner’s back, well i dont know if thats entirely true but wouldnt be surprised ….…….but im sure the US will get their points back when costa rica plays them on their turf….. thats how all this goes…. But completely true…..you can call the throne once you win on someone’s else turf…. Oh yeah, saborio’s new look (his hair) looks good, for a moment i thought it was a jeri curl LOL and the noise in that stadium was loudddd!!! you could hear the crowd saying "oleee" w/ all that passing..... ole ole ole ole ticos, ticos!!!

USA de puro milagro empato contra El Salvador, esto por culpa de los salvadoreños, que si no ahorita estuvieran con la soga al cuello. Pero no solo las selecciones de Concacaf son irregulares. Las selecciones de sudamerica estan igual o peor. Nada mas vean lo que le paso a arjentina frente a bolivia y tambien frente a la seleccion de chili, y lo que le paso a Brasil en el partido contra Peru.
