I think he has the season at least. If they are going to do this they are going to give him a real shot.
Which I don't think will happen. We'll most likely be middle of the pack and either just make it into the playoffs or just miss them. The issue would obviously be, that is a failure for any Galaxy team.
That's the Galaxy of the past. The new regime clearly does not have aspirations to be a leader of the pack.
It's a tough transition to being a HG oriented team. My dream Galaxy squad is one full of SoCal products and maybe 4-5 prime aged international guys. I just don't trust Onalfo to do that effectively. We're kinda sorta tipping that way but in general but we've simultaneously done it too fast, in a way that screams "cheap" and not "progressive", and at a time where our new cross town rivals are looking to make a splash. I think this could turn into a clumsy attempt very quickly. I don't know how long he gets if things go sour, but I do know that his contract can't be that expensive to buy out.
Yeah, feeling like it's going to be sooner rather than later. Those boos after the game were telling.
I've re-read the title of this thread and I want to withdraw my vote. He's a bad coach but guessing what month he will die seems a bit much.
