Are you in high school? if you in high school and a junior you can play on varsity as a senior next year or play club soccer next year because most clubs are in their spring season now or in the next couple weeks.
Most high schools in the US do not allow 19 year olds to play for their HS team. If you are entering college, you need to contact their athletic department about whether they have a soccer team. There are U20 and U23 leagues in the US, with teams near many metropolitan areas. They are summer leagues so if you are entering the US soon, you may want to send out emails to coaches before you arrive.
