I must say that I'm really getting tired of all our strikers missing the goal. It doesn't matter who we put up front we never finish in the box. We REALLY need a true finisher to go to the next level!!! I don't see any now or on the horizon.
I might be wrong but hasn't Twellman been tried and failed for not finishing? Perhaps I'm thinking more about Razov who I know was a complete finishing failure.

I sent you Brian Ching and he scored in the first two U.S. games he played in and now people want to toss him aside like a Lou Vega greatest-hits collection. OK, I didn't see today's game, but just for discussion I'll throw out the name Eskandarian. (ducking flames) He's small and he's not flashy, but he reminds me a bit of Freddie Ljunberg (even though they play different positions) -- small, fast and in the right place at the right time to tap it in the net. (with my luck he missed some sitters tonight, and i'll be banned from bs forever).
