Looks like we're the non-UEFA team in the tournament with the most players in Europe (four), together with Senegal, also in our group.

    PS: Guinea has more, six.

I'd use a second sub on the GK position at HT. I've had enough of Klinsmann. Dude can't even hack it as a good college GK. How tf he was chosen to start for this team I have no idea.

Wait, I do have an idea. Ramos doing his old boss a favor at the detriment of the team.

I think burning a sub would be a terrible idea

I was wondering while watching the U17, 1. does he have the speed to play forward at a higher level? Right now things I like: his body control and balance in tight spaces, his hunger for goals, his open field runs without the ball.

Cannot be overstated how big a loss Fossey was. I would have rated him one of our best three players, and the depth at fullback just not there.

Liked what I saw from EPB, Jones, de la Torre and Sargent.

Adams and Williamson well off the pace. Being lapped in midfield by Ecuador's midfielders. Lennon is just so average that he has no effect against non-awful defenders in creating chances. He's a pure poacher at high levels with okay set pieces. GZ was decent until he got injured. Herrera, pitiful. Klinsmann, a joke he's starting. Redding, very disappointing, given what should've been expected of him. Acosta, had a few ******** ups, but better than how he usually plays.

We don't even have that many compared to other years and can you really even count Sabbi?

This is why we need to be an attacking team. We look almost elegant on the attack but in defense it's emergency room.

If we have another shot on target at our goal, its going in. Do we want to risk that chance?

Even in qualifying against these bad teams, he faced maybe 5 legit shots the whole tournament, and let in probably just about all of them.

After the concacaf finals I said we just needed to find a partner for Justin Glaad and you said Redding would be there and he was great. Did I get that wrong?

we really needed that Glaad Vickers with epb in dmid lineup.

I still don't get what Adams is doing in soccer boots.

I think that's being far too alarmist, I'd be fine with making the change for game 2, but after the Gedion injury, leaving yourself with only one field player change for the entire half would be playing with a lot of fire

Klinsmann is awful. He didn't even deserve to be in contention for this team. Never can save any shots. Reactions are so slow.

Just keep attacking and give Sargent a half chance, maybe replace Acosta early.

I still think we are lacking creatively. Lennon can't create anything, de la Torre's chance creation is so inconsistent, Adams and Williamson aren't creating anything.

Well, the weakest link is Herrera. I think Jones should have started instead of Williamson. Jones a the Z man would have made a better cms combination.

Klinsmann should have done better on the second goal. I never liked him as a starter, he can't make the tough saves.

Adams is another disappointing one. People said in qualifying that he was good. I didn't think so.

Other than charging at other players and making some tackles, I don't see what he's good at. He's young for this age group, but I feel like I've been saying this about him for years.

Sargent almost had a brace when he tried to beat the goalie through his legs, he was just inches away from pulling it off.

Sargent is so talented. He makes something of nothing.

Yeah, but you meant Jermaine Jones so we all laughed in your face!
