Bolton playing some good, down-the-middle football. Look much better from last half of the season.

at least he's standing and walking around. At the end of the day, there's not much you can do to rush a bone, vs. ligaments where its all about rehab.

RvP must be on steroid. Can't believe he has only gotten injured once (and very lightly) after playing this many games

The finishing (and defending) has been comically bad from both sides.

Well steroids usually result in more rather than less injuries...

Perhaps since he only has 18 months left on the contract...

Wow didn't know that. Why? Shouldn't it make the muscles stronger?

    The irony.

I wonder if Arshavin will leave with the later window.

Yeah but not your tendons or your bones. I dunno if there's any hard science on this... but it comes up a lot say in MLB with back/neck injuries or NFL with weird ruptures.

steroids are hell on connective tissues...roids also suck out the calcium in your bones. they become brittle over time.

we are talking heavy use though.

When it's 0-0 , why bring on a striker? Makes no sense right.

That is what Wenger is thinking for himself.

OK, a brief thread jacking. No no no, this is wrong. Steroids make muscles strong quickly, but connective tissues take longer to get stronger, due to their poor blood supply. Bones also get denser with steroid use. But, a lot of athletes who are roided up get injuries due to the muscle strength increasing too quickly.

The vitamin S also helps recovery from injuries and workouts. It's no accident that Ken Caminiti broke down AFTER he stopped roids.

Is it that hard to put two strikers system?

Put half persie and ongree on top and maybe just maybe then use park as sub later in the second half? Does he really think the team is so handicapped by put four men midfield?

Hey, maybe next year after RVP leaves, Wenger is fired, Arsenal's position as a top 4 team is usurped by Tottenham and City, and no big-name talent wants to come, PJY will start regularly!
