I really hope he moves to CV.
He will be given playing time. They need a forward. It would be great if a Korean could do well in La Liga post LCS fiasco.
Not sure how he would adjust given he doesn't speak spanish and not many Koreans in Vigo nor a Coruna.

    He can speak fluent French.
French and Spanish are a bit similar, no?

but not galician. that dialect is more portugese than castilian. at the end of the day, vigo is half the distance to porto than it is to madrid.

NURI SAHIN opted for Liverpool ahead of Arsenal thanks to the persuasive powers of Kop old-boy Xabi Alonso.

Real Madrid midfielder Sahin, 23, turned his back on the chance of Champions League football with the Gunners and opted instead for a season-long loan at Anfield.
Alonso had five years on Merseyside before joining Real in 2009.
And Turkish star Sahin said: “Xabi is still in love with Liverpool I think. He was saying ‘Go, you will love it. The fans will take care of you and love you’.
“He told me Anfield is the best stadium in the world. Xabi won a lot of trophies here and, hopefully, we can do that too.”
Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers said: “Nuri’s a great technician and very, very good tactically.
“Injury meant his move to Real did not really work out but he will be exciting for us and he will help us to improve.”

If he were to go on a 1 year loan at Celta Vigo (Is a 2 year loan even possible due to the length of his contract?), what would be next for Park?

He signed a 2 year contract at Arsenal, right? So he can move via a free transfer after this season is done, correct? I presume that would definitely raise the interest in PJY?

Do Arsenal still have to talk with PJY's suitors during a free transfer or is it 100% PJY and his manager's will?

Sorry, still new to how transfers work.

transfers are normally a year. and if his contract runs out he can give Wenger the finger and do what he wants. arsenal won't let that happen though he will be sold first

Interesting read. Yet if all the non-Barc/RM La Liga clubs are desperate for funds to a point where they can't afford players like Michu for $2mil Euros, how can Celta Vigo afford PCY?

They can't. That's why they're pushing so hard for a loan.

FWIW, the same twitterers (?) that were pushing the story seem to say that talks cooled. I presume its linked to the Norwich interest.

    For example:

The sad part of a loan is that PCY could not score against arse and stick it to wenger this year.

Score double-digits while BOTH Giroud and Podolski flops will be just as sweet. The Arsenal 'faithfuls' will turn on him so hard and fast...

every goal scored by PJY this season would be sticking it to Wenger imo...
