I don't agree with that at all.Hell even Sabastian Llegett was no more than bench depth in the EPL. Over here is a starter with National Team potential. Having the heart to keep playing when everyone tells you to hang em up says a lot when you and your team is struggling. How soon we forget that this guy and this team were among the most feared in the league.
It would really help if he got some service so he wouldn't have to keep dropping into the midfield just to get a touch
I'm back to being very depressed this week, from about the 25th minute. Very poor, can't think of anything nice to say about that. The game might not be done yet, but I am.
That's right he never had that hunger to sacrifice everything for football the way those boys have, that's why he or any American (save pulisic it looks like) will fall flat over there. We were feared because of LD, Becks and Keano Zardes was up and coming but did not ever command the same respect like those others did.

We've just made too many personnel mistakes. We're the team of misfit toys. Gio just refuses to hustle and won't be a 10. The sad thing is, the only players I know who will starting next year are gio and jds. Might as well play them in the positions they're going to play.
Didn't know that Cap'n Dan was on Vanney's staff in TO. Sorry to say, LAG is beginning to look like a team that is comfortable losing. Is it paper bag over the head time? So fragile. One goal against and the team gives up. Going to be a lot easier to unload a bunch of players than I thought. One last thought. I have come around to realizing that from AJ's standpoint, the trade was a blessing in disguise. He doesn't have to go thru this.
I just don't see a point in watching another game this season other than to do it out of fanaticism and loyalty. Even then, we live in LA and there's too much to do. I don't need to waste 90 mins every weekend. I hope Klein understands that before we go the way of the Rams or Chargers. LA is a big place with much to do..
What a bad debut from Ciani. I hope he is better than that, but due to no other team in Europe (or anywhere else) wanting him, he may not be. Why did we sign him? The season is almost over, we aren't making the playoffs and Steres and Romney look better than him. This is the best Vagenas and Klein can can get??? We're stuck with this guy for next year too... I wish I didn't renew my season tickets for this season. I feel like such a sucker. I will not be making that mistake next year.
I bought a ticket for super cheap from StubHub. I must've been crazy to attend this game but hell, there was nothing else for me to do. Bless the supporter's groups, they were still making noise while the rest of us were pretty much deflated probably after the 2nd goal. Off-field, I had this big ass chicken po' boy sandwich that was good and a Galaxy-themed craft cider that was okay. I also tried out the Galaxy Express shuttle from the Harbor Transit Center. Took about 10-15 minutes to go to the stadium and about 15 minutes to return. It's a nice option to get to the stadium if you don't feel like paying for parking. If they continue this for next season, I may do this route on weekend games. Just a few more games and this season will finally be over.
I have been a lifelong Galaxy STH, this is the worst team of all time. Gio has to go, he poses no threat, takes no one on, and kills us by taking up a DP spot. If JDS has to go with him, then fine, blow it all up. Baxter on COG said this week said that Arena did not want Gio on the team, said he is not a winner - it's so true. Klein and Vagenas need to be fired - they are in way over their heads.
