Another day, another idiotic yellow for Verratti. Million dollar talent. Ten cent brain. Good result for Napoli. They have the tie breaker over PSG now.
Raheem Sterling’s kicked the pitch so the ref gave a pen? 👍 pic.twitter.com/YozR7dZfWT— Leon Edwards (@LeonEdwardsefc) November 7, 2018 This was awarded a pen. But UEFA didn’t think we needed VAR.
Too much money on the line to let these kind of things slip. It's truly horrific that FIGC is more progressive on this subject than some huge competitions, even if their implementation is inconsistent.
Sad face. Imagine him and Ziyech running the show in Roma instead of Schick and Pastore, we’d be a completely different team. I hope Monchi learned his lesson, better to pony up few more millions to get your first target than to settle down for option B and C.
I wanted Mahrez from the time he sat three defenders down at once with a fake shot, but I think Leicester knew someone in England would cough up more than we could spend. The Ziyech thing makes me foam at the mouth though. We left him at the alter for a less durable, less versatile, older version.
Strootman... I know we're struggling but watching him there i'm glad we sold him and amazed at the money we got Also, I wish we would buy Thauvin...
Yea I get not buying Mahrez at that price but Ziyech was just plain stupid. There is no guarantee Ziyech would be doing that well here but for a few million more he seemed a much more worthwhile gamble than Pastore who's has a history of being injured.

The old saying about getting thrashed one-nil comes to mind. Sucks for Horvath. He deserved more than that. Nobody else did though.
