Yeah, and I'm not real sure that Ambrose has more upside. They are practically the same age, with a similar path through the MLS. But Toia has accomplished far more. Not that Ambrose doesn't have upside, but I think Toia still has some upside. And we have lots of young players with upside, we need more that can play right now.

http://www.socceramerica.com/articl...awlins-on-shakeup-ill-be-h.html?edition=16614 After steering his USL operation from Texas to Florida and then to MLS, president and founder Phil Rawlins is ceding all operational duties of Orlando City SC to CEO Alex Leitao. Rawlins will fill the role of Life-President and serve the team as advisor, consultant, and ambassador. Since being hired as CEO nearly two years ago, Leitao had reported to Rawlins, an Englishman from Stoke who started his American soccer odyssey in 2008 with a USL team in Austin, which he moved to Orlando after three seasons. In the new hierarchy, Leitao -- who first joined the club as a member of its board of directors in 2012 -- will report directly to the Board, which is headed by majority owner Flavio Augusto da Silva.
A three minute video and five paragraph press release. How pathetic this organization has become since pushing Rawlins aside a year or two ago.
