Trippier's game is more suited to the slower tempo of La Liga. He lacks the pace and defensive awareness to be effective in the faster PL. He was actually at fault for the 2 Juve goals: on the first he got caught way up the pitch in the build-up to the goal, and on the second, he did not do enough to close down the cross that led to the goal. He will do well against most of the powder-puff opponents of La Liga, but against the quality teams, he will be found out.
