I dont think not having a brazilian coach will create a problem on attracting brazilians.

its just that brazilian coaches make more pressure on the clubs for SIGNING brazilian players.

i'm not worried about not having leo as a coach. i'm worried about not having him as an ambassador to brazil. it seemed like he was close with kaka, pato, and tsilva. having an guy like leo around could convince young players like ganso to go to one club or another.

I'll remember the good times, how I'll always remember Ronaldinho forever. Smiling, dancing, ginga, joga bonito... there is no other way!

We could hire Cafu or Serginho... I'm sure...

And we're still picking up on young talents... take Lamela for one... maybe we should just go for Argentines now...

Leonardo is an educated man with great communication skills.
Cafu is a nice guy, but he can barely talk. Serginho I don't know.
It takes a lot of things and political nous to build a good and influencial professional network.

These young talents have a lot of doors opening for them everytime and sometimes it takes more than money to lure them.

I'm pretty sure we have other networks in these countries and didn't only rely on Leonardo.

I'm sure of that, but it's not easy to replace some people. Specially not with Cafu and Serginho.

Berlusconi handled the situation really poorly. I think Leonardo would have happily returned to his former position if Berlu would have kept his mouth shut.

Anyway, I don't have information on how important Leo was, but he seems a very capable person
