Seb: Xu Xiaofei's team got creamed in the playoffs, right? So next season, if he's still on the team, they start from square one again?

Shengqing Qu is out for the rest of the season after ankle sergury.

Gao Leilei's goal was decent and he ran around the pitch like a madman in the first half today, but did little in the 2nd (and took forever getting off the pitch when subbed (time wasting).

I don't think Li Yan was even on the Knights bench...

Adelaide should have won the game but we hit the post twice and had 3 very fine saves from the NZ keeper which kept it at 1-1.

We can't be sure of that. I'll pass judgement after A-League clubs play in the ACL.

Dong Fangzhuo needed six stitches for his head injury. I hope he doesn't miss next week's top of the table clash.

too bad, if Antwerp handle to win it only 1-0 can be good for them to catch up this team who look like invincible. that why dong go out , coz of the head injury?

Here's the Belgian 2nd Division table. Yes, Dong had to be carried off on a stretcher.

Here are the highlights from Antwerp's 1-0 win.

We've had Dwight Yorke playing in our league, and he is now currently playing in the English Championship. We've even had players from the English Championship who haven't been good enough to make the cut (Brian Deane). We've even got several players in the league who will be taking part in next year's Asian Cup alongside our European superstars.

It was a mid-week friendly game during our season though, so we didn't field a full strength squad. (Hell we had players that don't even "officially" play for Adelaide playing).

I should be able to find some footage of Gao Leilei
