Of course I was joking Radu, you're free to open it if you want and the same goes for everyone. But if we really did what you suggest, there would be a lot more threads (Kinoshita, Kato, etc) and the navigation would suffer. The thing is that I'm not sure many people will watch the games or have anything to report, so generally we try to stick to the most relevants.
Shiotani's salary at Al Ain is reported to be $1.5m, with no personal income tax levied in the UAE. Not a bad deal, and Caio and Douglas will help him acclimate to his new lifestyle.

Not sure if this is the right transfer thread but I couldn't find any others. Like I said before, the MLS may be a big step down, but I think a move to California would be great for Honda on a personal level. http://www.espnfc.us/story/3153966/keisuke-honda-training-with-orange-county-amid-links-to-mls-move
Not seen this on this board yet: Last Friday it was reported that Takahiro Sekine left Urawa to join German 2nd league club FC Ingolstadt (which lost the first two matches), he got a contract over 4 years/until 2021. http://www.fcingolstadt.de/news/7307-yokoso-die-schanzer-verpflichten-takahiro-sekine/
I hope he'll be noticed and not being ignored like Mu Kanazaki, who was left out and sent back to Japan.
That's not what happened at all. Kanazaki always played in Portimonense. I'm not even sure if he ever had to make a bench.
That's right and he scored a bunch of goals and was the team's top scorer. The only reason he left Portugal, as far as I know, was that the club failed to get promoted to the Portuguese primier league (1st division).
Thanks, I guess the search doesn't search titles as that thread didn't pop up in the result for the full name.
That's not what I meant. What I meant is that no one from Portuguese top-flight or another European club gave him a chance.
He did play or Nurnberg at one or two occasions though. I always like this guy, always scores alot in Japan. But he is one of those really good japanese players that just did not make it, it's has to do with timing and luck also. I am sure he could have done well in bigger leagues in Europe.
But Portimonense are already promoted now to Portuguese top division, so you comparison is not relevant.
