If all the forced rescheduling makes NYCFC ownership get moving on getting their own stadium built, it will be worth the headaches.
If NYCFC doesn't get moving on building a stadium of their own, they deserve every bad thing that happens to them.
Let's see how their attendance is in 10 years, they're in last place, and they're playing Dallas in a shitty baseball stadium.
They had a plan. Didn't work out. But if you thought the league was ever going to be as cautious about NYC as about Sacramento or Nashville, I don't know what to tell you. (And I'm all for both.) Wealthy and influential people wanted to be involved and they got the support of the city's top sports brand. Of course MLS was interested. Now if your objection is a moral one, that CFG owners exceed the maximum amount of evil you find acceptable as club owners in a league you follow, that's an argument I can get behind.

Sporting Kansas City (KS), Foxborough Revolution, Real Sandy, and the Chester Union feel left out. Seriously though, not a big deal.
Maybe we can get Man City to reschedule their Nov. 5th match against Arsenal. Finally graduate from knockoff Manc to proper Manc ...
Yeah.. The current topic of this thread is done now. We still have a rule against referring to teams by anything other than their official name or nicknames. Thanks!
Well seems like the Citi-field game will be better attended (not surprising) but what is surprising is that it may well be a "sell out". Seeing a lot of sections already sold out so hopefully it'll be a packed house. Well at least in the lower sections.
