In your honest opinion, would Maradiago tenure as national team coach be ranked as one of the worst since we last qualified for the world cup back in 1982.

Here are the list of coaches which we could add to that list: Brazilian Marinho Perez back in 1999, Cralos Recinos 2000-2002, Juan Ramon Paredes 2002-2004, Armando Contreras 2004, Argentinian Carlos Cavagnaro in 2005, José Luis Rugamas 2010-2011 and Mexican Juan de Dios Castillo in 2012.

A few of these coaches I would be more lenient because they had some god awful group of players example 2002-2005 group those were the bad days, others had no time and hardly any friendlies to prepare like juan dios castillo and armnado contreras.

so my top 5 list of worst national coache snce 1982 are
    1) Ramon Maradiago
    2) Marinho Perez
    3) Jose Luis Rugamas
    4) Juan Dios Castillo
    5) Carlos Recinos

I didn't follow the team closely enough during some of those years but my all time worse ranking would be.

    1. Juan de Dios Castillo
    2. Maradiaga
    3. Rugamas

Same as Slaminsams I haven't watched the team that close given my extremely short time I would have both El Cuate and El Primi tied at one. Solo a puros inventos se la pasan.

Firing him right now would just be giving up there is only 2 weeks until the crucial qualifying games vs Honduras not enough time to hire a coach and implement a new system. He will be fired after we fail to make the Hex, right now we should be more worried about who the federation will hire to take over for the Copa CentroAmerica and qualification for the 2017 GoldCup.

Well they should be already interviewing and preparing for the future (all in secret though), we need an experienced coach someone with similar creditionals to Ruben Israel. Bring in a decent fitness coach and hire hugo perez as assistant again

Or just make Hugo the HC and have him bring his staff. I would welcome a rookie coach instead of these "experienced" ones who look more lost than anything.
