with the matches being in June I would wonder why these matches wouldn't be played in a NWSL city. Having a NWSL game being the first part of a doubleheader. Like a spirit game at RFK or in one of the NFL stadiums in DC or baltimore. Or sky blue at Red Bull. JMO
Don't get me wrong,I'm going to attend the USA/France match. But the last time the USWNT played in Tampa against South Korea, they drew 4K fans. I know, because I was there. However, the women drew over 20K against Brazil in Orlando, last November.

Some bad timing for the USWNT for a match at such a big venue drawing just under 10K. With the World Cup in full swing coodinating a USWNT match as part of a NWSL double header could have been a better choice, say in Rochester, Houston, or Portland.
